Police Record Check Procedure for a Vulnerable Sector Screening:

• Ask for a police record check from Supreet Randhawa in the Outreach Office, BA6283

• Complete the form including the box at the bottom of the form. Form must be on a legal paper

• Submit the form to Toronto Police Services at the address at the top of the form either in person or by mail. You must include a certified check or money order for $20.00

  • Note: Personal cheques will NOT be accepted

• About 10 business days after receipt, you will be mailed the only copy of your vulnerable sector screening. Leave your cleared screening for Supreet Randhawa, Outreach & Special Projects Officer, in her office, BA6283
